APPLICATION
Cable designed for power mobile connections, under severe mechanical stresses, for heavy duty conditions, abrasion and crushing; for indoor and outdoor application. Typical use is in short connection for underground pits and mobile diesel generator units, with nominal voltage 115/200V at 400Hz (due to different axial distances between cores, large voltage drop may be present). The halogen free polyurethane sheath grants more lightness by retaining the mechanical properties and abrasion resistance. Use of smaller gauge wires, in the conductor designed, in order to avoid loss in electrical resistance due to skin effect caused by the increased in frequency. Tinned copper against any corrosion effect. Easy feedback of sense voltage: four control cores of 1mm2 are integrated to the power conductor, to be used in the case is present a remote sensing system of compensation of the voltage drop in the load lines.
